These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FlowHub Services, including our website, platform, and related services.
1. Services Provided
FlowHub Services provides booking systems, CRM tools, automation, and growth solutions for restaurants, spas, salons, hospitality, and related businesses.
2. No Platform Commissions
FlowHub does not charge commissions on bookings generated through its system. Subscription or service fees, if applicable, are clearly communicated prior to engagement.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to: – Provide accurate and complete information – Use the services in compliance with applicable laws – Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the platform
4. Payments and Billing
All payments are processed through Stripe or other approved payment providers. Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be outlined in your service agreement or checkout page.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, branding, and materials provided by FlowHub Services are the intellectual property of FlowHub and may not be copied or redistributed without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
FlowHub Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if these Terms are violated.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws based on the jurisdiction in which FlowHub Services operates.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Cancellation & Plan Flexibility
Clients may cancel their FLOWHUB subscription at any time.
To request a cancellation, the client simply needs to send a written request by email to our
support team at support@flowhubservices.com.
There are:
• No long-term contracts
• No lock-in periods
• No cancellation penalties
Once the cancellation request is received, the subscription will remain active until the end of the
current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after that period.
Clients may also upgrade or downgrade their plan at any time, with changes taking effect on the
next billing cycle.
FLOWHUB believes in flexibility and transparency. Clients stay with us because the platform
delivers value — not because they are locked into a contract.
